Academic Departmental Diversity and Inclusion Action Plans (DDIAPs) address specific steps that Brown's academic departments will take to recruit and retain individuals from historically underrepresented groups, expand the curricular offerings to include courses that fall under the DIAP designation, and actively build and sustain a culture of inclusion.
