Administrative DDIAPs

Each administrative department at Brown has been asked to create its own diversity and inclusion action plan based on the specific needs and opportunities within their departments.

Administrative Departmental Diversity and Inclusion Action Plans (DDIAPs) establish goals and objectives aligned with the function of individual units at Brown. These goals include reflecting diversity and inclusion in operations, hiring, mentoring and professional development, as well as improving departmental climate through inclusive activities and practices.
